I have been there several times for several functions (ex- a date with husband, trainings, award ceremonies, weddings) As my overall experience the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We had a 2 night's stay at Galadari, we enjoyed the special valentines dinner too,I thought Room views beautiful unfortunately there was some renovation work which booking.com did not a guided (that was bad) quite expensive and breakfast is needed to improve a lot, you have many dishes but do they knows how it's tastes. I think breakfast manger should work more hard to get customers satisfaction! Overall great experience and I given 5* for hard work of reception,breakfast service and excellent cleaning service 👌 We will be back.

After hight buffet this is the second visit in galadari hotel colombo. This is the way we are choosing celebrating valentine day this year. We booked breakfast buffet and there were extensive variety of sri lankan,Indian,western foods And also salad and bread corner. Foods are so delicious and fresh. Also there have live cooking stations. Staff very friendly and supportive. Specially wanna thank chef side Dilini and Rashmika. and Apsari ,Kasun , Janani , Dinesh And Ajanthani Keep it up guys☺️

The food at the Coffee Shop was appalling. All the dishes from the main course were too salty and not tasty. The spread was very small and unfortunately, one of the highlights of a buffet, the salad bar which includes cheese, was cut up in small pieces hidden away in the fridge. Overall, my experience was very bad.

We recently had a great pleasure of staying (24 Dec 2023 to 25 Jan 2024) at GALADARI HOTEL, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Specially, we would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Heshan (Senior Front Office Cashier), Wijesinghe (Doorman), Hiruni (Room Service), Sajith (Bell Captain), Duminda (Lobby Manager), Chandima (Coffee Shop), the receptionists, security staff, and so many other hotel staff we do not know their names, which made our stay truly memorable. Overall, the outstanding service made us want to return to the Galadari Hotel on our next visit. Highly recommended!
